For video podcasts, phone screens are too small to notice any significant drop in quality once you adjust the settings. The first thing you should do to minimize how much data you use is to reduce the streaming quality for both audio and video.ĭon’t worry, you won’t even notice the difference in quality especially when it comes to audio. If you’re on the Spotify free plan, listening to new playlists while on the move can eat into your mobile data quota.įor this reason, you’d want to minimize how much data Spotify consumes by as much as possible. Save on Mobile Data When Using Spotify on Your Phone If you like some of the suggested songs, simply click on the small (+) icon next to the song to add to your playlist permanently.Your playlist will return to its original state. If you don’t like the suggestions, simply go back to the top and tap on Enhanced. You can now listen to a lengthier playlist without having to add songs manually.Tap on Enhance and many new songs will be automatically recommended on your playlist. Just above the playlist on your left, you’ll see a button labeled Enhance. On your Spotify app, open the playlist you want to add new songs to.Yes, no more waiting to skip those lengthy YouTube ads. It not only removes normal ads like Google Ads but also gets rid of Spotify ads and YouTube ads. Here’s where Brave Browser comes in handy.īrave Browser comes with inbuilt ad-blocking capabilities. You’ll have to use Spotify Web Player if you want to get rid of ads on the free plan. If you’re unfortunate to be in a country where you have to fork out $10 every month for Spotify Premium (only $3 in my country), this trick is for you.ĭon’t worry, it doesn’t involve anything illegal like installing a cracked version of Spotify. Remove Ads When Playing Spotify on PCĪs much as you get unlimited skips when using Spotify on PC-the constant barrage of ads can be frustrating. The next trick explains why Brave Browser is my preferred browser. I use the web player all the time, and I have never encountered any challenges. After all, you’ll most likely already be using your browser. You can keep on working and enjoy your favorite music as long as you keep the Spotify Web Player tab open.

That, and there's no way to fight beside them like in the other two games, and sending them on missions guarantees at least a few of them will die, unlike AC where you could stack their odds of survival by leveling them up, or SoW where you could help them directly. While you can recruit far more people in that game than in AC or SoW, your level of interaction with them is painfully limited at best. Similar for the other game I played: MGSV, The Phantom Pain. But it still didn't scratch the itch while the Nemesis system is insanely cool and the combat mechanics satisfying, that isn't a guild of assassins: it's an army and it's commander. I went looking for other games to fill that void of a good recruiting and managing mechanic the Middle Earth Shadow series the best I found. Then, you know, they didn't bring it back at all. Played each and every one, was sad that the guild mechanic was nerfed in ACIII, was even more sad they basically removed it entirely from the following three games, was pretty happy with Syndicate's nerfed version, even if it was a signal that it was coming back. The recruitment and managing of your own assassin's guild is what brought me to those games in the first place, and now I'm an avid AC fan (Up until origins, at least).
